I had a chiropractic check up today and it seems that I am straighter than usual. Must be the power of orthotics. As you will see in the picture to the left I also had a haircut, now my head is more aerodynamic I can expect a performance improvement.
I don't know what to say about the cricket, England will have to have a spectacular first session of day 3 or the Ashes are history, if they aren't already.

128 days to go - A blast on the grass
Route #7 (Xcountry)
Duration : 27 min 42 sec
Energy : 407 KCal
Distance : 3.5 Miles
Max HR : 167 Bpm
Av HR : 156 Bpm
Mile pace 7:54 min/mile
Today was a high speed low duration day and I chose my cross country loop for the route. Considering that the terrain is a little more challenging, both in underfoot conditions and the number of contours crossed, I was relatively happy with my pace. Any stiffness that I was feeling yesterday had eased overnight and the run itself caused no further reaction.
