A scheduled sofa day today, thank goodness! I was really tired all day, a symptom of burning the candle at both ends and incorrect refuelling no doubt.

I am quite pleased with the weeks training and feel I am still making progress. My average metres per heartbeat is at its best so far and although I can feel the strain of yesterday's long run today, on the whole my energy levels have been good through the week.
