My left knee was very sore this morning and I spent the day feeling sorry for myself and doing my best to aid recovery. Lots of ice, a knee bandage and lying around on the sofa.
Luckily by the evening the worst stiffness had passed and I could at least walk without a limp but I'd put my chances no better than 50:50 for tomorrow's interval session.
