Inspired by yesterday's efficient run, I decided to test myself on a slightly longer distance at the same moderate intensity rather than going for the full half marathon as I had been planning. Things went pretty well with my pace/performance much the same as the day before. I would like to think that this represents the pace and intensity I will be operating at come the big day.
