Route #10 Duration : 1 hr 53 min 35 sec Energy : 1473 KCal Distance : 13.1 miles Max HR : 161 Bpm Av HR : 144 Bpm Mile Pace : 08:40 min/mile That's more like it, a half marathon and in a new PB by a phenomenal 12 min! I had aimed to do the run at a slightly lower intensity but I am very happy with the time. The wind was really strong today and the first half of the run was more or less constantly into it. Consequently, my pace in second half of the run, with the wind, was much quicker than in the first half.
