Hmm, yesterday may have taxed me a little more than I thought. I have never been a big fan of these really slow runs, and the weather was pretty dismal. I had to work harder than I expected to maintain this slow pace, and jogging, as opposed to running, seems to aggravate my hip. Oh well I am sure it did my system some good, hopefully more than a rest would have done, because it is the big 18 miler tomorrow.
By the way, today's effort puts my training total milage over the 500 mark.
