I have to admit that I was nervous about this run. I was not 100% confident I would be able to get the distance within the target time. As it happens, I need not have worried, I easily completed the run quicker than planned whilst maintaining my target HR. I am pleased to say that I also managed it with a negative split, the second half being quicker than the first.
