Route #9 Distance 7.00 Duration : 54 min 16 sec Energy : 679 KCal Max HR : 153 Bpm Av HR : 143 Bpm Mile pace : 07:45 min/mile Mission statement :- 7 miles in around 60 mins steady pace (8:30 m/mile HR: min133 - target142 - max150) I woke up this morning feeling thick headed and tired, not a good sign for the running! I eventually got myself going expecting the run to be a chore, but after a few minutes I was bowling along. I ended up running way quicker that planned but kept my HR in range and felt good!
