While my week started off rather badly in terms of my m/heartbeat metric, it finished with 2 runs that got the average back to the 2 previous weeks.
The jog - run - jog sessions tend to damage the m/heartbeat data because the final jog in the sequence is essentially a warm down when I am travelling slowly with a high HR as I recover from the preceding speed session.
Well done England, 4 matches on the bounce, 3 against Australia and One day champions down under. Not before time!!
