Ah the joys of the long run, okay, I ran too fast and slightly too short, but I felt really good. The weather was horrible, and it took a clear mind to set off, but once I got going I felt really strong and powerful. Although my pace was 30 odd seconds faster than my target, my HR remained firmly in the upper conversion zone and I am scoring a mission accomplished on this one.
Looking forward to Frank's party this evening and a well earned sofa day tomorrow.
