79 days to go - Running with Coltrane

Route #18 Duration : 47 min 57 sec Energy : 451 KCal Distance : 4.8 miles Max HR : 128 Bpm Av HR : 121 Bpm Mile pace : 09:59 min/mile Mission statement :- 4 miles in around 40 mins easy (10 min/mile) At last I have managed to hit the exact pace as set out in the training schedule. I am still finding it a struggle to keep myself in check so that I can run at these slow paces. Maybe listening to John Coltrane's "Love Supreme" helped me to keep chilled enough to stay on the pace required.
