Yup, no doubt about it, having a slack 3 weeks completely messes up your fitness! Not only did I find it hard to get the distance today, my aerobic performance was poor and my legs seized up during the evening. Oh well, only myself to blame. On the upside, the weather is still gorgeous and I was running along with a bee for beside me today, spring is firmly in the air.
