Route #6 Distance : 11.5 miles Duration : 01 hour 34 min 54 sec Energy : 1210 KCal Max HR : 177 Bpm Av HR : 147 Bpm Mile pace : 08:15 min/mile Mission statement : 11 miles in around 95 mins (steady pace) Yup, no doubt about it, having a slack 3 weeks completely messes up your fitness! Not only did I find it hard to get the distance today, my aerobic performance was poor and my legs seized up during the evening. Oh well, only myself to blame. On the upside, the weather is still gorgeous and I was running along with a bee for beside me today, spring is firmly in the air.
