45 days to go - Last day at the Beav

Mission statement : 5 miles, 1 mile jog, then 3 mile approx 24 mins brisk, then 1 mile jog. Oh well, it has happened again, I have missed another run. The weather on the mountain was foul today, and for some reason my energy levels were at an all time low. The net result of this was that I had a snooze rather than a run after the last days riding. Back to Blighty tomorrow, and a welcome reunion with the cat!
