We decamped to Vail with Spencer and Bronwyn for the day today, via the Highway 6 Cafe for a fat boy breakfast. The riding was easy but good fun with our little 6 year old expert showing us the way.
Once we got back to base everybody else went to Glenwood Springs and I did my interval session on the treadmill. About time I did some running!
