Rest
Officially a rest day, but it started pretty energetically. I had agreed to ride back some of the way to Norfolk with JD and ended up doing 25 odd miles in an hour and a half and was still back before 10am!
The rest of the day was pretty easy and I am ashamed to say pretty boozy. I do seem to have fallen off the waggon recently. It must be the pressure of the impending effort.
