No one was feeling great this morning, but after breakfast I set off for my recovery run with Devilboy riding shotgun on the bike. We spent a pleasant half hour or so going round the cross country route 3 before everyone set off for the Low House on the bikes.
Needless to say the athletic value of the rest of the day went downhill from there although the giggle factor soared. We ended up having an impromptu BBQ and more partying but hey, it is a rest day tomorrow.
