14 days to go - Recovery running

Route #3 Distance : 3.6 miles Duration : 34 min 02 sec Energy : 294 KCal Max HR : 129 Bpm Av HR : 118 Bpm Mile pace : 09:27 min/mile Mission statement : 4 miles in approx 40 min easy. No one was feeling great this morning, but after breakfast I set off for my recovery run with Devilboy riding shotgun on the bike. We spent a pleasant half hour or so going round the cross country route 3 before everyone set off for the Low House on the bikes. Needless to say the athletic value of the rest of the day went downhill from there although the giggle factor soared. We ended up having an impromptu BBQ and more partying but hey, it is a rest day tomorrow. Yet more sponsorship Mick is the star of the day.
