I was pretty nervous about the run today. My knee felt much better but I was not sure it would react well to a run. The weather was grey with a chilly northeasterly wind, not exactly enticing.
Much as over the last few weeks, the knee was okay during the run and I covered much further than half a mile on each of the 4 min fast sections, leaving less than half a mile for the final jog. All in all a pretty good session, I am feeling a little more confident than yesterday!
