103 days to go - Recovery Run

Route #4 Duration : 50 min 36 sec Energy : 443 KCal Distance : 4.9 miles Max HR : 124 Bpm Av HR : 116 Bpm Mile pace : 10:19 min/mile A nice gentle low intensity run between the showers. After last week 's experience I have decided that following a long run with a recovery session is a good idea. It is remarkable how these low intensity sessions leave you feeling fresher than when you started. I am still having problems with blisters from the insoles, I may have to leave them out of the shoes for a session or two to let my feet recover.
