104 days to go - A new long route

Route #12 Duration : 1 hr 57 min 45 sec Energy : 1461 KCal Distance : 13.9 miles Max HR : 154 Bpm Av HR : 142 Bpm Mile pace : 08:28 min/mile A new route on fresh legs and feeling good. Still windy but at least it was dry. The 48 hr rest really upped my energy levels and I am confident that I will be able to get a longer distance in the near future once I have consolidated the half marathon distance. I have started experimenting with Jelly babies as an on the road energy source, at 20 KCal per jelly baby I recon I can eat one or two every 15 minuets when I drink to give me a little extra energy boost.
