The hip was very much better this morning, a little stiff but manageable. To be on the safe side I scoffed 400mg of Ibuprofen with my breakfast and by the time I went running I was sound as a pound. The run was really enjoyable and the weather was great. It was a bit of a scramble to get it in and make my afternoon Dentist appointment, but I made it to the surgery on time and got a pain free filling so everything worked out in the end.
