Route#4+ Distance : 5.4 miles Duration : 48 min 20 sec Energy : 501 KCal Max HR : 162 Bpm Av HR : 130 Bpm Mile pace : 00:08:57 Mission statement : 1 mile jog, then 8 x 400m (or 2 mins) fast, with 200m (or 2-min) jog recoveries, then 1 mile jog.
